This All-Clad Pro-Release Nonstick Bakeware Cooling & Baking Rack, 17 x 11 inch, allows proper airflow facilitating even cooling by allowing excess moisture to escape, resulting in perfectly crispy and evenly textured treats.
Warp resistant, heavy gauge aluminized steel conducts heat uniformly for perfectly even baking. The durable, ceramic-reinforced coating resists scratches and staining, and provides an easy release, batch after batch.
